1. Why we collect personal information
ELOP Studio ("the Company") processes personal information for the purposes below. It is not used for any other purpose; if the purpose changes, we will take the necessary steps, including obtaining separate consent.
- Receiving enquiries and replying to them
- Consulting on custom development work and providing quotes

3. How long we keep it
Personal information is destroyed within one year of the enquiry being resolved, except where the law requires it to be kept, in which case it is retained for that period.
4. Sharing with third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except with the consent of the individual concerned or where required by law.
5. Outsourced processing
The Company does not currently outsource the processing of personal information.
6. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been fulfilled.
- Electronic files: permanently deleted by a method that prevents recovery
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
7. Security measures
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes the following measures.
- Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people needed to do the work
- Access logs for systems processing personal information are retained and protected against tampering
- Files containing personal information and data in transit are encrypted
- Security measures are maintained against hacking and other external intrusion
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction where something is inaccurate
- Request deletion
- Request that processing be suspended
