Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website operated by ELOP Studio ("the Company") at elopstudio.com ("the Site"), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means a person who accesses the Site and uses the services.
- "Services" means everything the Company provides through the Site, including viewing the portfolio, submitting enquiries and consulting on custom development work.
Article 3 (Effect and amendment of these Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
- The Company may amend these Terms where necessary, giving at least 7 days' notice on the Site before any change takes effect.
- A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the services.
Article 4 (Provision of services)
- The Company provides an introduction to its portfolio and services, intake of development enquiries, and consultation and quotation guidance for custom development.
- The Company may change or discontinue the services, giving notice in advance.
- Services are intended to be available at all times, but may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or other operational reasons.
Article 5 (User obligations)
Users must not:
- submit false information or use another person's information;
- copy, distribute or modify the Company's works without permission;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
- act in any other way that breaches the law or public order and morals.
Article 6 (Custom development agreements)
- Development work is commissioned through the enquiry form on this Site or through the client site, with details governed by a separate written agreement.
- The plans and timelines shown on the Site are for reference; the actual quote depends on the content of the project.
- Rights and obligations arising after a contract is signed are governed first by that contract.
Article 7 (Intellectual property)
- Copyright in all content published on the Site (text, images, design and so on) belongs to the Company.
- Users may not use the content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent.
Article 8 (Limitation of liability)
- The Company is not liable for interruptions to the services caused by natural disasters, force majeure or other causes not attributable to the Company.
- The Company is not liable for loss arising from a user's use of information obtained through the services.
- Pricing, timelines and similar information on the Site are examples; the Company is not liable for loss based on them.
Article 9 (Disputes and governing law)
- Disputes concerning these Terms shall be brought in the first instance before the court with jurisdiction over the Company's place of business.
- These Terms are interpreted, and disputes decided, under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
